Rhode Island. A Master's degree in human services or related field required, with LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW a plus. Successful candidate must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of
automobile insurance. Bilingual skills a plus.

Fee for Service Clinicians
LICSW, LMHC, LMFT to provide clinical treatment to adults, adolescents and children who have experienced trauma.
The fee-for-service clinicians are responsible for the following:
- Demonstrating exceptional engagement skills and clinical expertise in the provision of trauma-focused mental health treatment;
- Providing time-limited, evidence-based individual treatment to Day One Client clients;
- Providing time-limited, evidence-based group treatment to Day One clients.
- Following up by phone or letter with clients, collaterals, and outside agencies as needed to optimize client progress and regular attendance;
- Discussing in session any current payment or attendance issues for client;
- Participating in weekly supervision and treatment planning meetings; and
- Timely documentation of all case activities in accordance with Day One policies.
Required skills: Expertise in delivering time-limited, evidence-based mental health treatment approaches that can be
utilized with clients who have experienced trauma; strong interpersonal skills; a deep understanding of and commitment to the mission of Day One.
